Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully repackage your items in their original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the product remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Centre

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any Australia Post location or authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
